  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods (festivals, sales), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping may be available on request (please contact us before ordering).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Package weight & size

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • All brass products are securely packed with protective materials to avoid damage during transit.

  • Fragile items are packed with extra care.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
